so for the last few months, i've been broke. which means no new stuff, no new games, no PC upgrades, no nothing. my house payment pretty much takes up all of my money, i'm lucky i still have a decent internet connection, and i was totally frustrated. well after looking into things for a while on how to lower my house payment, cause i've heard of something called a "Short Pay Refinance" from some of my homeowner friends. so i looked into it, and i found some ok sites that kinda help, but the most helpful by far is http://www.shortpayrefinanceoption.com.

all the other people kinda gave me the runaround and wouldn't really help, but these people were eager to help. i went to the site, watched a funny little video on being "upside-down" on my house, which basically means that i owed more to the bank than what my house was worth. when i picke dup my house a few years ago, it was worth $235,000, but with the recent declining market, it's value was approximately $125,000, but i still owed the bank what it was worth before. not very fair if you ask me.

anyways, after the video, i entered my information, and they got back to me almost immediately, which was a nice suprise after dealing with the other "Short Pay Refinance" companies. they basically helped me fix all my money problems, and i couldn't be happier. to celebrate, i totally went out and picked up Left 4 Dead, which is the most awesome zombie based first person shooter out there. i highly reccommend both of them to anyone reading.
